BIO
In my twenties I was living in artist communities in Geneva, Switzerland. I painted portraits of my friends and relationships between people in an alternate environment. Painting and exploring new ways of interacting and living was an inspiration. Living Los Angeles I was attracted to the wide open spaces, the Pacific, by the semi-tropical lush vegetation. Exploring new inner spaces, I experimented with abstract painting for 7 years going to the edges of its possibilities.
Currently in Costa Rica, I am finding new inspiration by the tropical climate and its scapes, and a variety of people I meet. For me painting is a never ending mirror of myself and my environment, personal and universal at the same time.
